We've Updated Our Terms Of Service

At The Vagistan Project, our primary mission has always been to provide a secure and reliable space for natal, biological females to discuss, support, and manage their health. To better support this goal, we have officially updated our Terms of Service (ToS).

These changes are designed to reflect the evolving needs of our community, focusing on three core pillars: Privacy, Safety, and access to Fact-Checked Information.

Enhanced User Privacy

Privacy is the cornerstone of any health-focused forum. Our updated terms reinforce our commitment to data protection. We have implemented stricter rules against unauthorized data harvesting and "scraping." Furthermore, we have clarified our stance on doxxing; the protection of your personal identifiable information is now backed by a zero-tolerance, lifetime ban policy.

A Renewed Focus on Safety

To ensure that every member feels comfortable participating in sensitive health discussions, we have expanded our Community Standards. Our new 14-point rule set explicitly prohibits harassment, bullying, and identity theft. By establishing these clear boundaries, we ensure that the focus remains on supportive dialogue and community growth rather than conflict.

Access to Fact-Checked Information

In a landscape often crowded with misinformation, The Vagistan Project remains dedicated to providing a platform where health information is treated with the seriousness it deserves. While our platform is intended for informational and community purposes, our updated terms emphasize the integrity of shared content. We prohibit deceptive practices and scams, ensuring that our members have access to a community that values accuracy and lived experience.

Why These Changes Matter

As we grow, maintaining the natal, biological female eligibility requirement is essential to preserving the specific context of our health discussions. These terms codify that requirement, ensuring our verification processes are transparent and consistent for every new member.

We encourage all members to review the full Terms of Service to stay informed about their rights and responsibilities within the project.

Thank you for being a part of this journey toward better, safer health advocacy.
