User Agreement

Effective Date: April 22, 2026

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of our platform and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

1. Eligibility and Membership

All information provided during the "Prospect" and verification phase is accurate and truthful.
You will maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Verification Notice: We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user who fails to meet our eligibility criteria or provides misleading information during the onboarding process.

2. Code of Conduct

As a member of this community, you agree to engage in respectful and constructive interaction. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, bullying, or the use of hate speech against any individual or group.
Sharing or distributing the private information (doxing) of other members.
Engaging in illegal activities or promoting violence.
Attempting to circumvent technical restrictions or security measures.

3. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your contributions to the community are valued, but must respect legal boundaries:

User Content: You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the platform.
Platform Property: All site branding, icons, and instructional materials (such as handbooks and course content) are the intellectual property of the network and may not be reproduced without explicit permission.

4. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or accuracy of content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the site.

6. Amendments to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
