Welcome to The Vagistan Project. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and the services we provide. By creating an account or using the platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with The Vagistan Project.

1. Eligibility & Verification

Access to this platform is a privilege, not a right. You must be a natal, biological female to register. We utilize a multi-stage verification process. Any attempt to provide false information regarding your biological status at birth is a material breach of these terms.

2. User Conduct & Community Standards

To ensure a safe environment for discussing female health and related topics, you agree to abide by the following fourteen (14) core rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account:

i. No Pornography: You may not share sexually explicit, pornographic, or highly suggestive content.
ii. No Harassment: Stalking, bullying, or targeted harassment of any member is strictly forbidden.
iii. No Illegal Activity: Use of the platform for unlawful acts or to facilitate crimes is prohibited.
iv. No Identity Theft: You may not impersonate others or create accounts for the purpose of deception.
v. No Hate Speech: You may not promote violence or direct threats against individuals or groups.
vi. No Doxing: Sharing the private or personal identifiable information of any user without consent is a lifetime ban offense.
vii. No Spam: Automated posting, unauthorized advertising, or mass-messaging is prohibited.
viii. No Malware: You may not upload viruses or malicious code intended to compromise site security.
ix. No Intellectual Property Infringement: Do not post content that you do not own or have permission to share.
x. No Self-Harm Promotion: Content that encourages self-injury or suicide will be removed.
xi. No Scams: You may not engage in coordinated deceptive practices or financial fraud.
xii. No Data Scraping: You may not use automated tools to harvest data from our platform.
xiii. No Platform Circumvention: You may not attempt to bypass account restrictions or bans.
xiv. No Child Exploitation: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content that endangers minors.

3. Your Content & Permissions

You own the content you create and share. However, consistent with mainstream social media standards, you grant The Vagistan Project a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, and display your content in connection with our services.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate access for any reason, including repeated intellectual property infringement or conduct detrimental to the community, at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Vagistan Project will not be liable for any lost profits, revenues, or indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of these terms. We do not provide medical advice; content is for informational purposes only.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
